The Control Bar only appears when you have installed plugins that include control buttons, such as Common Buttons, Google Map, Background Music, or Intro Popup. If you do not see a Control Bar, it means you haven’t installed any plugins with control functions yet.

A scene is a rendered 360-degree panoramic image that you can interact with by zooming in or out and panning up, down, left, or right.
Yes. Lapentor offers three privacy levels for your tours:
• Public: Anyone can view your tour
• Private: Only you can view your tour
• Password-protected: Only those with the password can view your tour
You can also choose whether to list your tour in your public portfolio.
Lapentor offers eight types of hotspots, each serving a specific purpose and offering different functionality. Creating a hotspot is simple: just drag and drop the hotspot icon to the desired position in your tour.
To connect scenes together, use the Point Hotspot feature. In your project editor, drag and drop the Point Hotspot icon to the position where you want the connection, then select the target scene you want to navigate to.

Virtual tours are not simple image or video files. They are complex groups of files that must be hosted on a web server. Therefore, you cannot directly upload a tour to Facebook or YouTube. However, you can share a link to your hosted tour on these platforms.
Self-Hosting: You download your project as a zip file and upload it to your own server. This gives you full control but requires technical knowledge.
Cloud Hosting: Your tour is hosted on Lapentor’s servers and is available online instantly. No technical setup is required.

Lapentor officially accepts Visa and Mastercard through Stripe for all transactions. We can also support PayPal in special cases upon request.
You can find purchase receipts in the email address associated with your Lapentor account. You can also download invoices from your Billing page in your account settings.
When your premium subscription expires or is canceled, your account automatically reverts to the free plan. Your tour data remains securely stored in Lapentor and marked as private until you reactivate your subscription. However, if the account remains inactive for more than three months, the data will be permanently deleted.
Fullscreen functionality is not supported in the HTML5 viewer on most mobile devices. To check if your browser or device supports fullscreen, visit http://caniuse.com/#feat=fullscreen. You can also enable “Mobile” in the search settings to optimize the experience on your device.
On iOS devices, tours displayed in an iFrame on a domain different from the hosting domain will have Gyroscope and fullscreen functionality blocked due to Apple’s security restrictions. This also prevents VR mode from functioning in such cases.
